Solution Sales in Pedab’s Data & Analytics division

There are now two openings as Solution Sales in Pedab’s Data & Analytics division. The positions are based in Sweden and Finland.

The purpose of the Solution Sales role at Pedab is to drive business within our Data and Analytics division, where our customer promise is to help advance companies’ data-driven and digital journeys. We do this by developing and selling intelligent technology, new business models and data management solutions to and through our ecosystem. Your mission is to develop the relationships within the ecosystem, generate new sales, identify and manage sales opportunities through efficient account management, and recruit and onboard new potential business partners. You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are able to develop new business with good attention to detail and accuracy, and to work on multiple sales projects simultaneously in ever changing business environment. You excel at building relationships and improving the customer experience.

As Solution Sales at Pedab your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and developing the business with named partners.
  • Designing and building commercial models on new Pedab and partner solutions and services.
  • Working closely together with Pedab’s local marketing and sales team to grow the business together as a team.
  • Proactively identifying new potential partners, evaluating their business potential and onboarding them.
  • Knowing our vendors’ partner and incentive programs and being able to help partners understand these, as well as helping partners navigate in the vendors’ ecosystems.
  • Building new ecosystems by connecting partners that together can build a greater offering.
  • Collaborating with the greater Pedab sales organization cross-country and cross-division to generate new business for the company strategically.

To be successful in this role a strong entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude is essential. You are not afraid to propose new things and you work naturally in an environment where things or guidelines are not always given. You are customer service-minded, a strong relationship builder and have a passion for business development using advanced technologies. The solutions you sell are based on leading-edge software and cloud technologies from leading vendors, such as IBM, SAP, Informatica and Microfocus. You are familiar with the latest analytics technologies and you are able to communicate the values to different stakeholders in an organization and on CXO level. As you work as part of a sales team you have strong teamworking skills. You believe that by working together we will achieve greater things than by working alone.
